Ingredients

  • Besan (I used regular Besan here))
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Elaichi Powder
  • Milk
  • Pista & Kishmish

Instructions

  • Take heavy bottom kadai, add ghee and besan. Cook on medium flame for 20 - 25 minutes or till besan turns golden brown.
  • Add 2tsp warm milk and mix well. Take it off the burner.
  • Add chopped Pista and keep aside to cool down.
  • Once cool add the powdered sugar and mix well, keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the mixture into 30-32 portions and gently roll into laddoos. Garnish them with chopped Pista and Kishmish

Notes/Tips

Keep the flame medium-low while roasting the besan. Keep an eye on the Besan Color.
