Ladoos are a quintessential Indian sweet which is prepared and served on every festival or occasion in our country. So this Diwali, lets prepared ladoos which are all time Favourite. This ladoos are very easy to prepared and can be prepared with the Ingredients easily available at our home.The Main Ingredients you need is Besan, Sooji, Eilachi Powder Pista, Ghee , Crushed Sugar And little Patience.

Besan Rava Ladoo

Ingredients

  • Besan
  • Sooji
  • Ghee
  • Bura Sugar
  • Pista Flakes
  • Elachia Powder
  • Kesar

Instructions

  • Take a thick bottam pan, add two table spoon of ghee. add besan( gram flour) and roast it for 2 minutes
  • add remaining ghee and add sooji ( Semolina) . roast on very slow flame till you get light brown colour. this will take 20 minutes approx
  • add pinch of kesar and switch of the flame and transfer the mixture in bowl. add eliachi powder and pista flakes. let it cool for 7-10 minutes
  • add bura sugar and mix it well. prepare the ladoos and garnish with saffron strands and pista

Notes/Tips

Note :roast sooji and besan on very slow flame. Tip: if you are unable to make ladoo than add 1 tbsp of warm milk and mix it. than prepare the ladoo
