- Take a thick bottam pan, add two table spoon of ghee. add besan( gram flour) and roast it for 2 minutes
- add remaining ghee and add sooji ( Semolina) . roast on very slow flame till you get light brown colour. this will take 20 minutes approx
- add pinch of kesar and switch of the flame and transfer the mixture in bowl. add eliachi powder and pista flakes. let it cool for 7-10 minutes
- add bura sugar and mix it well. prepare the ladoos and garnish with saffron strands and pista
