  • Rava
  • Besan
  • Salt
  • Soda
  • Buttermilk
  • Green chillies
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot
  • Cumin
  • Onion
  • Beans
  • Tomato
  • Garam masala
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take sooji rava in a bowl and add besan, salt, soda, buttermilk and mix it properly to make dosa batter. For topping take green chilies, capsicum, carrot, cumin seeds, onions, beans, tomatoes, fresh garam masala, salt in a bowl and mix it. On a hot pan put a ladleful of batter and spread it gently. Now top it up with the mixed vegetables and cook it on slow flame. Add oil on it and just press it to cook. After 2-3 minutes slowly turn it to other side and cook for just 1 minute. Take it in a plate and enjoy
