- In a kadai add ghee than add besan and Suzi and toast properly untill aroma arises add carodamom pawder
- Now as it turns golden brown add sugar keep mixing
- Now add water and keep continuously mixing to avoid lumps add more water if required
- Cook for 2 minutes...cover it and switch of flame
- Now add halwa in serving bowl garnish it with chopped almonds and black raisins and enjoy garma garam besan ka halwe
