Besan ke Laddu type 2

Ingredients

  • Besan 2 cups
  • Melted ghee 1/4 cup + frying + binding
  • Luke warm Milk 1/2-3/4 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted melon seeds 2 tbsp
  • Mix nuts 3 tbsp
  • Tagaar 1 cup

Instructions

  • In mix bowl add besan and ghee mix it till crumble texture, Then add milk and make stiff dough.
  • Take a small portion from it and dip fry in ghee at low flame till it golden brown in color
  • Allow to cool at room temperature and grind it and sieve the mixture.
  • Now do flavoring green cardamom powder, roasted melon seeds, mix nuts and tagaar. Now mix it well. Add melted ghee for binding the Laddu as required
  • Mix it well and give a shape of Laddu.

Notes/Tips

Tagaar means kand nu buru.
