- In mix bowl add besan and ghee mix it till crumble texture, Then add milk and make stiff dough.
- Take a small portion from it and dip fry in ghee at low flame till it golden brown in color
- Allow to cool at room temperature and grind it and sieve the mixture.
- Now do flavoring green cardamom powder, roasted melon seeds, mix nuts and tagaar. Now mix it well. Add melted ghee for binding the Laddu as required
- Mix it well and give a shape of Laddu.
