- In a pan dry roast the besan with haldi for 5-7 minutes.
- Keep aside.then in a pan put ghee add the roasted besan and roast it well on slow flame till you get a good smell.
- then add cashews chopped,then roast for 2-3 mins.add yellow colour.
- remove from heat.cool then add sugar powder ,elaichi powder,and mix it well.
- Now make laddoos.garnish with pista and golden warq.
