Ingredients

  • 2 cups coarse besan
  • 1 cup sugar powder
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 tsp elaichi powder
  • 1/2 cup kaju finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp haldi pd
  • Sliced pista

Instructions

  • In a pan dry roast the besan with haldi for 5-7 minutes.
  • Keep aside.then in a pan put ghee add the roasted besan and roast it well on slow flame till you get a good smell.
  • then add cashews chopped,then roast for 2-3 mins.add yellow colour.
  • remove from heat.cool then add sugar powder ,elaichi powder,and mix it well.
  • Now make laddoos.garnish with pista and golden warq.
