  • #contest14 #activemomsandkids #cookflix #chefnitamehta 💢Dearies , GIVE ur valuable like n comment 💢 👉👉👉"""Besan ke gatte """"👈👈👈 INGREDIENTS :- Gram flour 250gm, refined oil , salt ,red chilly 🌶 powder, garam Masala, turmeric powder, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds,fresh green coriander leaves 🍃 Method:- 👉First of all ,we have to to take the 250 gms of gram flour in a Big Bowl and then add all the spices like salt, red Chilly powder,coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder, garam Masala in this and little oil into it then mix it well to make a dough with the required quantity of water . Keep it aside for some time. 👉Side by side boil some water in a wide pan .Now make few inches long cylindrical shaped rolls out of that dough and boil them for 10 minutes on medium flame and then let it cool down by taking these rolls out of the water and cut the rolld into small round shaped pieces. 👉Now we will make masala fir its gravy. Take two big onions ,small Ginger ,One big tomato ,few garlic cloves and cut all these into pieces and grind into a fine paste. Now we will roast the masala upto it gets golden brown .Then add required salt and other spices into it .Now put some water into it to make its gravy ,let it boil for sometime. 👉We have to now add those pieces of rolls into this gravy.Cook for another five minutes. YUMMMY BESAN VEGGIE is ready . Finally ,we will garnish it with coriander leaves . You can serve this with chapati or Naan. This is my one of the favourite dish...I really love it.....learnt from my 👵 grandma
