Ingredients

  • 2 cups Besan
  • 3/4 up Ghee (clarified butter)
  • 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Elaichi powder.

Instructions

  • Take a heavy bottom karahi heat ½ cup ghee and add 2 cups besan and roast it at low flame for 10 minutes. Stirr this continuously.
  • Now make a space in between and add 1 tsp ghee and roast again. Repeat this process 4 times and roast. At the end the color of the besan become change so now add ¾ cup of powdered sugar. And mix well
  • Now transfer the mixture in a bowl, allow to cool, little warmth should be there. Start making laddoo in round shape. Besan laddoo are ready. Enjoy this Mithai
