- Firstly, in a small tadka pan, add ghee and milk and heat it lightly.
- In a large mixing bowl add besan (gram flour).
- Take little ghee-milk mix at a time and rub on the flour. Make sure the flour is coated nicely with the ghee-milk mix. It should hold together when you try to form a ball of the flour. Sieve the flour and discard the residue.
- In a non stick pan add ghee and besan (gram flour).
- Keep stirring until the flour turns brown in color and leaves aroma.
- Allow it to cool. Add cardamom powder and mix it well.
- Next add the powdered sugar and mix it well.
- Add the crushed cashewnuts and mix it well. Set it aside to cool.
- When the mix is slightly warm, start forming it into ladoos of desired size.
