Ingredients

  • Besan 2 cup
  • Pure ghee 3/4 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 1/2 cup
  • Half cut almonds 10

Instructions

  • Take one cup ghee in kadai and add gram flour .roast continuously.. After 10 minutes add remaining ghee and roast more 10 minutes for fluffy and crunchy laddu
  • Take out in another bowl let it come on room temperature and add powdered sugar and mix well.. make laddu and garnish with chopped almonds

Notes/Tips

While roasting besan should not be burnt
