Ingredients

  • Besan
  • Rava
  • Ghee
  • Sugar
  • Dry fruits

Instructions

  • Take a pan add ghee into it
  • Add besan and stir
  • Take rava which we grind into mixture to make powder of it
  • Add the rava powder into the besan and stir until it changes the colour to dark
  • When the besan changes the colour completely turn off the flame and remove the mixture into bowl and keep it to be cool
  • Add some cardamom powder for flavour and add sugar powder when it's little warm
  • Take the mixture and make the shape of laddu
  • And the laddu to be granish with some dry fruits

Notes/Tips

Must stir the besan in low flame because it will give a perfect colour and taste
