  • Besan
  • Ghee
  • Grinde sugar

Instructions

  • First of all.put ghee in a pan .now add gram flour to it and fry it.will bake stirring continuosly ,a slight fragnance comes it.then take it off the gas and cool it slightly.when itcools down,add sugar to taste and tie the ladoos.take our gram flour ladoos
  • Ready,this diwali .make sure to make gram flour ladoos too.

Notes/Tips

(1) you have to keep in mind.that the gas should be turend on while cooking the gram flour .otherwise the vessal (2) and you do not have to burn sugar in hot vessel
