  • Milk, besan , Ghee, sugar , elachi powder

Instructions

  • 🌸Add 1 tsp of ghee in pan . 🌸Add 1/2 tsp of besan and roast in ghee until good fregrance . Or till it turns golden brown colour . 🌸 when besan gets brown in colour add milk 400ml . 🌸Boil milk upto 5 min and milk gets thicken . 🌸 Add 1/4 tsp of elachi powder . 🌸 Add 1 tsp sugar( or as per taste ) 🌸 Serve hot .

Notes/Tips

Don't add much besan so it gets thicken
