  • Besan
  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Cardamom
  • Cashew
  • Pistachios

Instructions

  • Heat butter, let it melt and roast besan flour in that till it becomes light brown. Add sugar and cardamom powder. Pour milk and keep stirring for 5 mins. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool for 10 mins. Roll them into small pedas, press pistachios on top.
