- In mixing bowl take besan or gram flour in mixing bowl.
- Add black pepper powder, salt and asafoetida. Mix it.
- Now gradually add water and make consistency thin than dosa. Whisk it for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep aside for 5 minutes. (Don't make consistency like rawa dosa)
- Now spread ladlefull batter on medium hot tawa.
- Apply oil and cook it from both side. Our pudala is ready to serve.
