  • Cherry
  • Sour curd
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Maggi masala e magic
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter
  • Coconut milk
  • Chopped garlic
  • Capsicum
  • Kasuri methi
  • Green chilli

Instructions

  • Here is your Paneer Maggie Recipe! Heat butter & fry the paneer for few minutes. Then take out from kadhai.
  • Add chopped garlic & green chilli in the same kadhai & fry it for a minute.
  • Make a paste of cherry. In a mixing bowl take curd, cherry paste, salt & all spices. Mix it well & add it to the kadhai. Fry it & when oil will comes out from the sides then add fried paneer.
  • Mix the paneer with spices & add coconut milk. Cook it in low flame.
  • When you feel the aroma & oil will start to leave the gravy then switch off the flame. In this stage add crushed kasuri methi. I have added extra Maggi masala e magic powder. It's enhance the taste.
  • Serve it hot with roti, paratha or naan.
