- Here is your Paneer Maggie Recipe! Heat butter & fry the paneer for few minutes. Then take out from kadhai.
- Add chopped garlic & green chilli in the same kadhai & fry it for a minute.
- Make a paste of cherry. In a mixing bowl take curd, cherry paste, salt & all spices. Mix it well & add it to the kadhai. Fry it & when oil will comes out from the sides then add fried paneer.
- Mix the paneer with spices & add coconut milk. Cook it in low flame.
- When you feel the aroma & oil will start to leave the gravy then switch off the flame. In this stage add crushed kasuri methi. I have added extra Maggi masala e magic powder. It's enhance the taste.
- Serve it hot with roti, paratha or naan.
