Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tbsp gram flour
  • as per taste Salt 1 pinch hing
  • 2 tbsp oil for moyan 1 pinch turmeric powder
  • For masala powder 1/4 tbsp dhaniya 1/4 tbsp ajwain
  • 1/4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder 1/4 tbsp amchuur powder
  • 1/4 tbsp chat masala 1/2 tbsp khaskhas dana
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney as required Oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix both flour, spices n oil, crumble it, add water and make soft dough keep aside for 20 min.
  • Now take all ingredients for masala, make a fine powder in a mixer grinder.
  • Now, take a ball from dough roll it spread chutney on it, now spread masala powder, roll it, and cut into small piece,
  • Make all, bhakarwadi,n deep fry it, ready, enjoy with a cup of tea.
