- Take roasted gram flour in a bowl, add white sesame seeds, peanut powder, amchur, asafoetida, sugar, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and 1 tbsp oil and mix well. Add salt and remaining oil and mix. Trim the top of lady’s fingers and make a deep slit lengthwise without cutting through and generously stuff with the stuffing. For the sabzi, heat oil in a kadai, add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Add stuffed lady’s fingers and sauté well. Cook for 8-10 minutes on low heat. Transfer on to a serving bowl and garnish with white sesame seeds and serve hot.
