  • 1/2 kg radish
  • 2 pototo
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • To taste Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder

Instructions

  • First of all wash the radish and peel off. now chopped all with it's leaves.wash properly in running water. Wash the potato.
  • Now boiled the potato and radish leaves well. cool it and drain water. squeeze the leaves and peel of the potato and cut into pieces.
  • Heat the oil in kadhai crackle the cumin seeds and add radish and potato and fry. Add all spiçes and mix well. Cover it for 2-3 minutes. off the flame and serve hot.
