  • Oil
  • Ghee
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Potato
  • Carrot
  • Green chillies
  • Beans
  • Peas
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Rice
  • Water
  • Mint

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add oil,cumin, mustard,potato,beans, carrot,green chillies and saute well. Then add salt,garam masala. Mix well. Then add mint and cook for 5 minutes. Then add water and rice and cook until rice is cooked. Then add ghee on top. Then serve hot with Raita.
