  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Tamarind
  • Bitter gourd
  • Coriander powder
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Peel the bitter gourd so that they are smooth from top. Then cut them circular in thin chips. Remove seeds. Take warm water in a big bowl. Add Tamarind and salt 1 tbsp. Now put bitter gourd chips in this water. Leave it for 30 mins. Then drain the water. Clean the bitter gourd properly and remove tamatind from butter gourd.Now to this butter gourd.add salt . Add Red chilli powder, corindar powder, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste. Now mix this well and add oil one tsp on top and keep it aside for 1 hour for marination. After one hour heat oil and add marinated karelas to oil. Fry till they are golden brown. Check that they are not burned. Cook them till they are nice crispy. . And they are ready to eat
