  • Red chilli powder
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Curd
  • Bittergourd
  • Rice flour
  • Gram flour
  • Oil
  • Chaat masala

Instructions

  • Wash the bitter gourd and cut it into slices Marinate the slices with 1/2 tsp red chili, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp gram flour, and 1/4 tsp salt and leave it for an hour Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp of oil Now add the marinated slices in batches and shallow fry in medium flame Flip the slices and cook both the sides until it turns golden brown. Once its fried completely, sprinkle some salt, red chili, and chat masala. Mix well and saute in low flame for a couple of seconds. Then switch off the flame. Remove from the pan and serve.
