  • Bittergourd
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add sliced bittergourd and squeeze it. Let them dry. Heat oil in a kadai. Then add sliced bittergourd and deep fry until crisp. Then take them in a bowl and add red chilli powder,salt and mix well. And serv with rice, chapathi,rotte.
