  • Water
  • Ajwain
  • Cumin
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Lard rice

Instructions

  • Take 3 cups of lard rice . wash it and keep it aside. For 1 cup of rice 3 cups of water is required to cook. Take a bowl add 9 cups of water and bring to boil. Now will add the rice. Will add 2 teaspoons of salt. Let it cook , stir it constantly till its cooked soft. Lower the flame , and place a lid on the bowl. will cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame with lid and switch off the stove. Now I am adding 1 teaspoon of Ajwain , 2 teaspoons of Cumin seeds. And 6 to 7 teaspoons of Sesame. Mix them all , thoroughly and let it cool. To make them dry we can use cotton cloth. Take a spoon and take some rice mixture on cotton cloth and rub it to make the papap thin. Sundry for 4-5 days. We need to store them in a air tight container . Deep fry them when you need. Serve.
