Ingredients

  • Black carrot -250gm
  • 1 l water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 4 tsp black mustard seeds powder

Instructions

  • First boil water and cool it.
  • Then wash black carrots, and cut into pieces.
  • Then in glass jar add carrot, salt, black salt, red chilli, mustard seeds powder. Add (lukewarm) water. Mix it.
  • Then tie it with a Muslim cloth. And keep it in hot place(under sun) for 5-6 days.
  • Now it is ready to serve.
