Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled black chana
  • 3 medium sized potatoes
  • 3-4 finely chopped green chillies
  • Handful chopped coriander
  • Small piece of ginger grated
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 2 tbsp rava
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take boiled chana.
  • In a big bowl take chana and mash it coarsely. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, green chillies, coriander, salt, chaat masala, grated ginger, jeera powder, garam masala and rava. Mix everything well.
  • Grease ur palm and make cutlets.
  • Take a non stick pan and grease it with oil and shallow fry the cutlets from both the sides till nice golden in colour..
  • Serve hot with chutney of ur choice..
