- Take boiled chana.
- In a big bowl take chana and mash it coarsely. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, green chillies, coriander, salt, chaat masala, grated ginger, jeera powder, garam masala and rava. Mix everything well.
- Grease ur palm and make cutlets.
- Take a non stick pan and grease it with oil and shallow fry the cutlets from both the sides till nice golden in colour..
- Serve hot with chutney of ur choice..
