- Make black currant compote by heating pan,adding chopped black grapes and whole sugar and saute till it forms a compote ,let it come to room temperature
- Now with a electric beater in a chill boel beat whipping cream till it forms a stiff peak
- Now add condensed milk to it and black grapes compote and beat it for 2 minutes to incorporate all well,lastly add black raisins to this
- Now tranfer this mixture to a air tight container and sprinkle Black raisins on it ,set it in freezer overnight
- Black currant icecream is ready ,take a scoop out of it and serve it with garnish of black grapes compote and black raisins
