  • Black urad dal
  • Idli rice
  • Fenugreek
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  • Wash and Soak idli rice, black urad dal with fenugreek separately for 6 hours. Drain water then grind well. Add salt and leave the batter for fermentation. Grease idly plates with oil. Pour idly batter. Then steam it for 10 min. Serve hot with coconut chutney and Sambar.
