- Boil 1 cup water with 3 tbsp blueberry compote. Add 1 cup rice flour along with 1 tsp ghee and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix it and let it cool. Knead the dough.
- Take 1/2 cup jaggery in pan and melt it . Add 1/2 cup coconut powder and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder in it. Mix it and let it cool. Add lemon juice to it. Let it cool.
- Take modak mould, shape dough in both sides and make cavity in between to add filing . Scoop some filling along with blueberry compote in middle and close it to give shape of modak.
- Steam the modaks for 10 min. Drizzle some ghee. Serve it warm.
