- Melt the white chocolate, add in fresh cream, blueberry essence & blue gel color.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes or till set.
- Scoop out small quantities with a spoon & make lemon sized truffles by rolling them in your palms. Don't roll it too much or it might start melting due heat of your hands.
- Now roll the truffles in chopped pistachios. Refrigerate again so that they solidify. Enjoy these yummy truffles this festive season!
