Ingredients

  • Chopped White Chocolate 70g
  • Fresh Cream 18g
  • Blueberry Essence 1/8 tsp
  • Blue Gel food color 1 drop
  • Chopped Pistachios 4-5 tbsp

Instructions

  • Melt the white chocolate, add in fresh cream, blueberry essence & blue gel color.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes or till set.
  • Scoop out small quantities with a spoon & make lemon sized truffles by rolling them in your palms. Don't roll it too much or it might start melting due heat of your hands.
  • Now roll the truffles in chopped pistachios. Refrigerate again so that they solidify. Enjoy these yummy truffles this festive season!
