Boondi Broccoli Raita

Ingredients

  • 200 gm curd
  • 100 gm sweet boondi
  • 8-10 stems of broccoli
  • 1 tsp Black salt
  • 1/4tsp Cumin seed powder

Instructions

  • Mix the curd thoroughly in a mixer to make it smooth. Add salt to taste. Collect the curd in a glass bowl. Curd is thick in texture.
  • Blanch broccoli stems in a microwave oven for 2mins with lid. Let it cool down.
  • On one side of the bowl add broccoli. Some will go inside the curd and few will be visible.
  • On the other side of the bowl, add sweet boondi available in the market. Here also mostly, boondi will go inside and only few will be seen.
  • Sprinkle freshly prepared cumin seed powder on the top.

Notes/Tips

Let it cool for better taste
