- Mix the curd thoroughly in a mixer to make it smooth. Add salt to taste. Collect the curd in a glass bowl. Curd is thick in texture.
- Blanch broccoli stems in a microwave oven for 2mins with lid. Let it cool down.
- On one side of the bowl add broccoli. Some will go inside the curd and few will be visible.
- On the other side of the bowl, add sweet boondi available in the market. Here also mostly, boondi will go inside and only few will be seen.
- Sprinkle freshly prepared cumin seed powder on the top.
