  • Salty Boondi 1 cup
  • Masala Boondi 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Raw mango 1/2
  • Cucumber 1/2
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1/2
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Rock Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Sev for garnish

Instructions

  • Chopp all the vegetables.
  • Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  • Garnish with Sev.

Notes/Tips

Any other flavors of Boondi can be used.
