Ingredients

  • Besan- 1cup, Sugar- 1cup, Water - 3/4cup
  • Cashew- 5to 6, Clove - 5to6

Instructions

  • First take besan and add 3/4 cup water n make bateer. It should be like bajji batter consistency. Then pour batter in boondi maker and fry boondi on medium flame. Then make one thread sugar syrup. Add fried boondi, cashew, clove to it and let slightly cool it and after make laddu. So enjoy Boondi Laddu.

Notes/Tips

Adding clove gives different n aromatic flavor for laddus.
