  • Boondi
  • Tomato
  • Oil
  • Cumin
  • Green chillies
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Corinader
  • Hing
  • Fenugreek leaves
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Garam masala
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, green chilli and asafoetida . Then add grated tomato and stir it. Keep gas on medium flame. When tomato starts to leave oil, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and dry fenugreek leaves. Mix it well. Now add salt and all spice mix. Mix it well. Add water and let it boil. Then add boondi and mix it well. Boondi curry is ready.
