Ingredients

  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Ginger 1 pcs
  • Green chili 1 slit
  • Coriander few chopped
  • Salt for taste
  • Boondi
  • Sugar optional

Instructions

  • Blend ginger green chilli coriander with little curd strain and to remaining curd with salt boondi add chopped coriander leaves to garnish. Serve chilled immediately.

Notes/Tips

Use thick curd and also can use black salt for different taste. For little sweetness can add sugar also.
