- Take bowl and grate bottle gourd. Then add jaggery, cardamom powder to it and mix well. And blend it.keep this aside. Then take a bowl and add maida and wheat flour to it and mix. Then add water and make a soft dough. Take a portion of dough and make a small disc. Place 1tbsp of bottle gourd mixture and take the edges of disc and make round ball and flat it with balan. Then take a pan add grease ghee to it place the bobbatu on it and roast on both sides then serve.
