  • Bottle gourd
  • Moong dal
  • Oil
  • Red chilli
  • Curry leaves
  • Corinader
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Red chilli powder
  • Water
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take a pressure cooker and add washed moong dal,water, bottle gourd and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Then take a pan and add oil, mustard, cumin,red chilli,curry leaves, corinader and saute well. Turn off the flame. Then add this tadka to dal mixture. Then and red chilli powder,salt, Turmeric and mix well and serve.
