  • Bottle gourd
  • Maida
  • Ginger and green chillies
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Ajinomoto
  • Oil
  • Capsicum
  • Sugar
  • Soy sauce
  • Corn flour
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Peel, cut and grate bottlegourd, .Add a tsp of salt and leave for 5 min. Squeeze and drain excess water and take this in a bowl Add flour , gingerand green chilli paste, chopped onion and salt and mix to make a dough. Make balls. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry adding few balls at a time. Remove and place them aside in a bowl In sauce pan heat oil add sugar, wait upto ceramels Add onions and capsicum. Add grind paste mix well and cook upto raw smell goes. Now add soy sauce and ajinomoto mix and cook for few mins Finally add corn flour mix with water and pour in sauce ,Wait till glazy texture is formed and put off flame. Serve hot.
