Ingredients

  • 2 packets bourbon biscuit
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 eno packet
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp nutella
  • 1 tbsp crushed chocolate

Instructions

  • Roughly break the bournbon biscuits and transfer to a mixer jar.
  • Grind it to a smooth powder.
  • Preheat oven at 160 degree C for10 minutes.
  • Grease a cake tin with oil and line with butter paper. Keep ready.
  • Transfer the biscuit powder to a wide bowl and add milk little by little to make a batter.
  • Add sugar and mix. Add eno powder and mix gently.
  • Pour the batter in greased cake tin and gently pat to remove air bubbles..
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 -25 minutes.
  • Take out the cake tin and allow to cool completely.
  • Spread nutella and garnish with chocolate.
