- Take a bowl. Add chickpea flour, cornflour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder, ginger-garlic paste, tomato sauce, water and mix everything. Keep it aside. Take regular bread slices and remove the core. Cut them in square. Take a vessel and heat oil in it for deep-frying. Dip the bread slices in the batter and deep-fry them. Keep them aside. Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, slit green chilies, and curry leaves. Temper it for a few minutes. Then add tomato sauce and stir it. After that add water and stir once more. Lastly, put the fried slices in the pan and saute it. Serve.
