- Soak bread in sour buttermilk for few minutes.Then add rest of spices & mix well with soaked bread. Mash bread with hands.
- Now add oil & rice flour to prepare medium hard dough.
- Fill extruder with prepared dough & make chakris.
- In preheated oil, fry chakris on medium flame, till it becomes crispy.
- Once it cools, store it in air tight container. Note: 1. Can add lemon juice, if butter milk is not sour or want more sourness. 2. Can add green chilli paste.
