Bread Custard Pudding

  • 4 Bread slices
  • 1/2 liter Milk
  • 4 tbsp Vanilla custard powder
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Almond slivers
  • 2 tbsp Tutti frutti
  • 1 tsp Rose essence

Instructions

  • For custard, boil milk first and then add sugar and boil it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Take 1/4 cup milk in a bowl and add custard powder to it.
  • Now slowly add this mixture to the hot milk and keep stirring at the same time.
  • After a while when it becomes very thick, then turn off the gas.
  • Heat butter in a pan and
  • Cut toasted bread slices in 4 square pieces.
  • Arrange half of these bread pieces in a serving plate and pour warm custard on it.
  • Arrange again remaining bread pieces on it to make a layer.
  • Pour remaining custard over it, add rose essence, garnish with tutti frutti and almond slivers.
