  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregon 4 tsp
  • Basil 4 tsp
  • Mix herb 4 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 4 tsp
  • Cheese 1 cup
  • Crushed garlic 2 tsp
  • Chopped onion 2 tbsp + 1 cup
  • Crushed tomatoes 2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1/4 cup
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Chopped bell pepper 1 cup
  • Boiled corn 1 cup
  • Boiled Peas 1 cup
  • Bread 6

Instructions

  • White sauce In pan heat the butter add maida and saute till golden in color Then add milk, salt, black pepper powder, Oregano, basil, mix herb and chili flakes. Mix it well and cook till thick, finally add cheese.
  • Red sauce In pan heat the butter and oil the add crushed garlic, onion and crushed tomato, cook it well. Now add salt, red chili powder, oregano, basil, mix herb and chili flakes.
  • Vegetables In pan heat the butter, add crushed garlic, onion, bell pepper, corn, Peas and all the seasoning in it.
  • Assemble Take a baking tray grease with butter, then spread white sauce, red sauce, arrange bread slice. Again spread sauces arrange the vegetables and gratted cheese. Keep repeating the layers as per baking tray. At top add gratted cheese and herbs. Bake till cheese melts.
  • Serve it hot.

Notes/Tips

In place of plain butter, u can use flavor butter too.
