- make bread crumbs out of bread slices after removing the edges.
- make fine powder of cashews and badam.
- in a pan dry roast bread crumbs for 2 mins.
- add dry fruits powder and desiccated coconut fry for few mins.
- switch off flame. mix in jaggery powder and cardamom powder.
- allow to cool. then mix ghee thoroughly.
- add milk little by little. mix until mixture starts binding.
- make modak using modak moulds.
