Ingredients

  • 250 gm gram flour besan
  • Water as required
  • 1 tablespoon Ajwain
  • Salt as taste
  • Leftover aloo paratha masala
  • Dry Coriander seeds
  • Mustard Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon oil Add coriander seeds in it Then add leftover parantha masala Mix it well
  • Then make a batter of besan, salt, red chilli powder, Ajwain with water with sliping consistency Then heat oil for deep frying
  • Then take 2 breads, fill it with masala on both sides Then dip into batter and fry it Sprinkle chaat masala on it
  • Serve with tomato sauce šŸ˜‹ and ā˜•
