Ingredients

  • Milk 5 cups
  • Cardamom powder 1 pinch
  • Bread 4-5 slices
  • Milk cream 1cup
  • Sugar 1 small cup
  • Kesar 1 pinch
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch

Instructions

  • Cut the edges of bread slices and give them a round shape.
  • Now take a pan add milk to it. And boil it
  • Reduce the milk 1/4th then add milk powder or milk cream and sugar to it.
  • Now add cardamom powder.
  • Now add kesar/safron or yellow food color to it.
  • Now dip bread slices into this cream add serve them on a plate.
  • Now pour the left over cream over the slices.
