Ingredients

  • 1 loaf 🍞 bread
  • Onions 3
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Jeera and mustard 1 spoon
  • Salt
  • Ground nut powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Corriander leaves
  • 3 chopped green chillies
  • 1lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a pan pour 3 spoons of oil add mustard seeds, jeera and Curry leaves. . Now add chopped onions fry till transparent. .Add green chillies ,diced bread pieces salt nd cook for 5 minutes in a low flame. Now put lemon juice and sprinkle ground nut powder and coriander mix it. Now bread Upma is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

U can add chickpeas instead of ground nut powder.
