  • Bread
  • Milk
  • Ghee
  • Sugar
  • Almonds
  • Pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • cut the bread slices in small pieces and fry in 2 tablespoon ghee till golden brown Pour milk and sugar on the bread pieces. Keep stirring. Crush the bread pieces with the spatula. Add one spoon of ghee till the mixture looks greasy. Turn off the flame. Add powdered cardamom. Garnish with dry fruits,pumpkin seeds and serve cold or hot.
