- Take the sides of the bread and break it into small chunks.
- In a pan heat 1 table spoon ghee, add moti elachi, choti elachi. Roast a little.
- To it now add the bread sides., and roast a little in the ghee.Add 2 tablespoon sugar and roast the bread sides in sugar and ghee till they turn golden brown.
- Now gradually add the milk in parts and keep roasting it. Keep checking the consistency and keep adding the milk accordingly, while continuously stirring. It should not be too dry nor too moist.
- Take out in the serving tray and garnish it with dry fruits and serve hot
