- Powder the bread slices in a blender. Then mix every thing. Add water and bring it to thick dosa batter consistency. In a sautéing pan in one spoon of oil do the seasoning with mustard seeds and add to the batter. Heat the Appe pan. Grease it with oil. Fill it with batter with a table spoon to half level. Close it with a lid and wait for 3 to 4 minutes. Then with a sharp knife of spoon flip off them, drizzle some oil and make the other side to cook for 2 more minutes. Then take them off from the pan and serve.
